It only makes sense that as spring emerges in full effect, another talented young Hollywood starlet’s career continues to blossom.
23 Year-old Australian bombshell, Margot Robbie, truly made a name for herself in last year’s Martin Scorsese directed film, The Wolf of Wall Street. Playing Naomi Lapaglia, Jordan Belfort’s (Leonardo DiCaprio) seductive, yet neglected second wife, Robbie put on a multi-layered and fearless performance in just her second major Hollywood role.
The attention she’s received for her part in The Wolf of Wall Street has earned the actress a slew of new roles in films such as the romantic comedy/drama, Focus (co-starring Will Smith), and sci-fi epic, Z For Zachariah (co-starring Chris Pine and Chiwetel Ejiofor). Perhaps Robbie’s highest profile role though, will come in the form of David Yates’ (Harry Potter films 5-8) live-action 3D film, Tarzan, co-starring Alexander Skargard (True Blood) in the titular role. Robbie has been cast as Jane Porter, Tarzan’s spunky and educated love interest.
The film also stars Samuel L. Jackson and Christoph Waltz and will be hitting theaters on July 1st, 2016.
