British-born Olivia Cooke, plays Emma Decody in A&E’s hit TV show Bates Motel, co-starring Freddie Highmore and Vera Farimga. Having started out in theatre, Cooke got her break in two BBC miniseries; Blackout (2012), co-starring Christopher Eccleson and The Secret of Crickley Hall (2012), co-starring Tom Ellis.

Her film debut was horror-film, The Quiet Ones (2014), co-starring Sam Claflin. She also starred in The Signal (2014), co-starring Laurence Fishburne. We will see Cooke staring in another horror film, Ouija, at the end of this year. Although hugely successful as a horror-film heroine, Cooke is expanding her horizons and is currently filming Me & Earl & the Dying Girl, co-starring Connie Britton and based on the original book.
