Jay Z is one of the greatest rappers of all time with multiple hit records. He has it all, as a Grammy award winner, married to the beautiful and talented Beyonce…he never does anything small.  As Jay Z is working on his music career, he just launched his own music streaming called Tidal. The launch was announced Monday, as a music-subscription streaming like Pandora and Spotify.

This ad-free music and video service will be $9.99 per month for the basic version. There will also be a high-definition version called HiFi for $19.99 per month. With Tidal, users will have access to about 25 million music tracks, and 75,00 music videos.

Tidal has the support from other music artists in the industry including Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Chris Martin (Coldplay), Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Deadmau5, and Kanye West. Sources say, the service was created to make a better environment for both users and artists.

Other artist that will be involved include Usher, Calvin Harris, Madonna, Arcade Fire, Daft Punk, and Jack White.
