Hip-hop group Beastie Boys members Mike D (Michael Diamond) and Ad-Rock (Adam Horovitz) have signed a deal with Spiegel & Grau, which is an imprint of the Random House Publishing Group, to write their Memoir.

Beastie Boys consisted originally of three guys, unfortunately MCA (Adam Yauch) passed away last year because of suffering from cancer. The memoir will have a kaleidoscopic frame of reference. The Beastie Boys will make a book with a multidimensional experience for its readers to enjoy.

Eventually the book will be edited by hip-hop journalist Sacha Jenkins and will be ‘’loosely structured as an oral history’’ with a ‘’strong visual component’’ as well as contributions from other writers, according to The New York Times.

The yet-untitled book scheduled for release in fall 2015. Publisher Spiegel & Grau were also responsible for Jay-Z’s book Decoded  in 2010.  Check back here for updates on this project!
